We started out making hemp products because there was nothing in the market that fit our needs. As we’ve grown, we’ve found more and more people who share the same passion for quality CBD and THC products. They’re the reason we go to such great lengths to ensure complete satisfaction with our products, our service, and our brand as a whole. Our customers are the end-all, be-all reason for each and every creation, innovation and iteration, and we treat them as such. Because of this, if our customers aren’t happy, we’re not happy. And really, if our THC and CBD doesn’t make you happy, we’re doing something majorly wrong.
NO TRASH PRODUCTS.
There are hundreds of hemp-derived THC and CBD companies out there, and what most of them have in common is that no one really knows what’s in their products. At Upstate, we take our ingredients and production seriously. There are no throwaway products, no quick bucks to be made. We only focus on making products we actually use, and only make those with ingredients we want in our bodies. That means no artificial ingredients, EVER. That means the lowest sugar possible. That means clean ingredients, hyper-accurate labeling, and natural flavors so good, you’d swear our products came right off a tree. “No trash products” is more than a guiding principle, it’s a way of life.
ADAPT & EVOLVE.
We are firm believers that there are no shortcuts to greatness, but that many small steps will get you there faster. It’s why we’re always iterating on our products, pushing newer, better versions out to the world. So if there’s a cannabinoid that will make rest more attainable for our customers, we’ll try it, test it, and have it in market in months, not years. And if our CBD chamomile jello shots turn out to be not so popular, no problem, we’re on to the next thing. If a product isn’t working, it gets updated, and if that update isn’t working, it gets retired and replaced. Because while you can’t reach greatness overnight, you can get there one cannabinoid at a time.
