All sales are final. Upstate Elevator Dispensary does not offer refunds for cannabis products, cannabis accessories, or any other items sold, except as expressly stated below.

Upstate Elevator Dispensary may, in its sole discretion and in compliance with applicable Vermont law, exchange cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories that are damaged or defective if the exchange request is made within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The damaged or defective product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase; and
• The product must be determined by Upstate Elevator Dispensary to be damaged or defective at the time of sale.
• Non-damaged cannabis products, cannabis flower, and cannabis-related accessories are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Upstate Elevator Dispensary reserves the right to deny an exchange if the above conditions are not met or if the request does not comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.
